Knox 0.6.0 RC1

Hi Everyone,
I've gone through the process of creating 0.6.0 RC1 and it can be found here.
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/knox/knox-0.6.0/
I don't in any way expect that this will be the final RC.  I just wanted to relearn the process.
