There's a few repos that are a day or more behind wrt. to ASF Git mirrors. E.g. git://git.apache.org/incubator-hawq.git 

The problem is that since this is what GH uses for mirroring we can't take PRs, etc.

Chris Lambertus yesterday indicated that a sync pipeline was clogged and asked me to file a JIRA if it doesn't get resolved by the morning.
