Reproduce Test Steps
=========================================================================
1. Build mobilespec app following https://github.com/apache/cordova-mobile-spec/blob/master/createmobilespec/README.md, and all repos are latest master branch.
2. Install and launch mobilespec
4. Go to Plugin Tests(Automatic and Manual) -> Auto Tests / Manual Tests
5. Check the test cases
Actual Outcome

Missing lots of tests in Plugin Auto and Manual Tests, please refer to screenshots in attachments
