Jetspeed hangs when using jar

Hi,

I am trying to use jetspeed in an existing application but cant get it to 
work. It works ok when I install the war file but when I use the jar in an 
existing application it hangs after the message "Starting SAX thread...". It 
appears to hang when transforming the local.ocs file using the ocs.xsl.

Any ideas?
