maven migration - including jars for the build?

Hi,

We have a project that I want to migrate to maven, however at the moment it
is not possible to convert it completely.

Is it possible to define in the pom to:

include the source directories:

module1/src/
module2/src/

and the jars in /lib/

for the build?

Then I could create a jar of the project now and split the project into
several modules with dependencies later.
