Is anyone available for a project to develop a Cordova plugin?

We're trying to create an interface within ionic similar to instagram for
users to take pictures and record videos. The existing plugin takes the
user to the device's native camera app.

Regards.

On Android, you could investigate WebRTC or try your hand at overlaying a
native view (not easy).

On iOS, I'm not sure this is possible.
