[https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1293] Fixes this issue and has been merged into *develop*

I have raised [https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1295]  as a backport PR for this for version *1.4.0* After this is merged, Swagger generated library is ready to be published in 1.4.0
