> During the Deploy phase of the Add Hosts Wizard, I hit the X on the top-right corner.  This showed a Hosts table with strange data (no hostnames, etc - see screenshot).
> After this, I launched Add Hosts wizard after some time (after the install tasks were done, I believe).
> Now, the wizard tries to continue from the Review step and gets stuck.  Refreshing the page, logging out, etc, doesn't help.
