   ### Describe the bug
   
   When connect to a AWS s3tables through s3tables REST endpoint.
   Thrown below error:
   ```
   FeatureUnsupported => Constructing file io from scheme: arn not supported now
   ```
   As AWS S3Tables document claimed `warehouse` should be set in ARN format `arn:aws:s3tables:<Region>:<accountID>:bucket/<bucketname>`
   see example section for Pyiceberg configuration:
   ```
   rest_catalog = load_catalog(
     catalog_name,
     **{
       "type": "rest",    
       "warehouse":"arn:aws:s3tables:<Region>:<accountID>:bucket/<bucketname>",
       "uri": "https://s3tables.<Region>.amazonaws.com/iceberg",
       "rest.sigv4-enabled": "true",
       "rest.signing-name": "s3tables",
       "rest.signing-region": "<Region>"
     }
   )    
   ```
