[Bug 2991] spamd processes get stuck, eating all processor time

I'm experiencing much the same problem on a server I'm administrating, but with
one difference, even though the server has 100+ accounts on it, the stuck spamd
processes occur for exactly two users, and always the same two users.

I'm currently investigating with the users involved to find out if there's
anything about their accounts which could be causing this, but so far they
cannot think of anything at all which could be causing this issue. Each of the
users has exactly one stuck spamd process, this number never increases, and the
process never dies, however if I kill that process, another stuck spamd will
usually start within a few minutes in their name, so all I can really do is
renice these processes to +19, but that's hardly an ideal solution.

If I find anything more out, I'll post an update, but for now I thought this
might be useful in narrowing down possible causes.
