[9/38] git commit: Upgrade to QUnit 1.11.0

Upgrade to QUnit 1.11.0

QUnit 1.11 is more strict than 1.10:
- window.isLocal -> QUnit.isLocal
- only one call to start() is allowed in a test

The version is inside the js/css files, so there is no reason to keep it in the file name too
