With reference to JIRA id QPID-51, the developed eclipse plugin should be moved to maven, so that along with the full broker maven build, the eclipse plugin is also built.
At the time of raising this JIRA the eclipse plugin is still under development. it is expected to go to trunk by mid december'06.

Resolution: Fixed
The eclipse-plugin is now built using maven2. The maven eclipse repository repo1.maven.org/eclipse is being used for eclipse plugin artifacts.
The eclipse-plugin distribution creates a zip/tar.
