Add a method to sandesha2 client api which can be used to get the response message
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SANDESHA2C-26
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANDESHA2C-26
             Project: Sandesha2/C
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Damitha Kumarage
            Priority: Minor

 Add a method to sandesha2 client api which can be used to get the response message
   by supplying the sequence key and request message number.

   result = sandesha2_client_get_response_envelope(env, conf_ctx, svc_client, 3);
   I tested this and it is working.
