   ### What needs to happen?
   
   Import: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HOP-4548
   
   It would be so wonderful if the Metric's tab would keep up with the latest executing pipeline and workflow without resetting the scroll to the top of the logging area.  I would much rather see it act like a log and keep up with what it is doing.
   
   Even better..  If you scroll to the end, it tails the progress.  If you scroll up a little, it will keep your view steady so whatever you scrolled to will not run away from you as new execution continues to add to the length of the scrollable log.
