mojohaus maven utilities migration

Hi, 

As ip-cleareance is ok for the mojohaus netbeans maven utilities, I asked
creation for a new git repository incubator-netbeans-mavenutils.git where we
will put the imported code.

 

It is now possible to do this step as a commiter.
