   Could you introduce the GitHub action workflow in this? I noticed you mentioned that the `Storage` case should be part of this. But I prefer to split it into two workflows:
    - OAP+UI, which is a quick start for most new users. I would like to introduce it in this.
    - OAP+UI+Storage, which is a comprehensive version. Let's add it in the following-up PRs.
