[SPI3] New CAN, AB-ETH and C-Bus driver

Hi all,

I just pushed some of the drivers that I worked on over the long weekend … they were all rather small drivers but all share that I have no Hardware to validate them against.
So, if any of you happen to have test-benches for any of these and could invest some time to test them. That would be awesome.

Also the reason I did them first … so you have some additional time to validate them.

About AB-ETH and C-Bus I sort of feel we should probably drop them from the repo until we have people using them. My gut feeling is that the AB-ETH is some driver Julian implemented years ago for a customer but no idea if this even started being used. I don’t have a good feeling about AB-ETH and C-BUs in general.

I’ll probably start porting drivers now that I can test again and which are again part of the NLNet project.

I guess for that very little should have changed (The mspec now explicitly contains the explicit encoding information)

CBus is in use for the Golang part at least.
