I'm not sure if this can be considered as a bug, but decide for yourself.
Til today I've used Apache 1.3.26, I used the Action and SetHandler directives 
to handle the contents of a whole directory by a script. In the manual is 
written that it has to be a cgi-script. I tried the Action command with a php-
script too and it worked too.
Now I tried to use the same settings on the Apache 2.0.44 but it seems that it 
only allows cgi-scripts! (I always get file not found errors else) Is this 
intentional? I mean it's very practical if the server also supported php-
scripts to be used as handlers!!!!
Please let me know what you'r thinking about that case!!!
