Unix/Linux init script

Hello dev-list,

the unix init script is currently not in a good state.

The original version of this script was also created by me, but it seems
it was patched in a bad way.
If you need a enduring maintainer for this script, i introduce myself as
an volunteer :-)

I gave some some love to init script - you can see/pull my improvements at:
