[Website Issue] Incorrect link

To whom it may concern:

I was browsing for more information concerning Apache Streams when I found a problem with one of the links from the web site.

>From the following url, the link for the Website specifies http://streams.incubator.apache.org/ but the underlying target link is actually going to http://incubator.apache.org/streams/ which will yield a "404 Not Found" error.

Typing in the first URL into the browser will navigate to the right page.

I know this is a minor issue but wanted to let you folks know of the discrepancy in the website.

Hi Matt,

Sorry, I forgot to mention the root URL where I found the problem.  

http://incubator.apache.org/projects/streams.html 

It was from the incubator project status page for Streams.
