How is the QuartzEndpoint's LoadBalancer work?

Hi there,

I have asked this question on user list but perhaps it's better to ask on
dev list.

Note: I added the same similar load balancer code into camel-quartz2 just
as in camel-quartz in this regard, but I do not know how it is used
effectively. I don't think there is any unit tests cover this either.

Can someone shed some light on this?
