How to get on announce@apache.org?

If you look back at the announcement mail for 10.4 you'll see that I
cc'ed announce@apache.org.

But when I look at

http://www.nabble.com/Apache-News-and-Announce-f109.html

I still can't see the announcement mail.

At first I thought this was because the mail was stuck in moderation
queue since this was my first time posting to this list, but now I'm
starting to wonder... how long should it take?

Note that I have not received any type of bounce mail, so it would seem
that the mail was accepted by the mail and list servers...

If it's a moderation problem, it takes a week for a post in moderation
to timeout (after which you should receive a rejection notice). But if
you don't see the post hit announce@ by tomorrow, it'd be reasonable for
you to post to infrastructure@apache.org mentioning that your post to
announce@ seems to be stuck in moderation.

Yet another item on the todo-list for the release wiki, then.

Well, I certainly have not seen it...

Posting on announce@apache requires that you send the mail from your
apache.org email address. You should have received a rejection
notification if you did not.
