[PATCH] DefaultConfiguration [BUG 19345] Autocreated DefaultConfiguration nodes do not get inserted into parent

Hello, developers!

Beleive have met already many of you on cocoon-dev a while ago
(I was a Cocoon-1 guy and was trying to fix it over and over again
when all your best forces were already employed with Cocoon-2 :-)

I used to be (and still am in a sense) tagunov@motor.ru then.

So, seems, I have caught a small bug in DefaultConfiguration.java,
(and also in some of the testcases :-)
but the patch will tell better then words.

Its not a bug but a feature. The Configuration is designed to be read-only 
from the perspective of users of configuration and thus should not be able to 
be changed in that way.
