Code for web based admin console

The code for the IBM donation of the web based admin console has been
uploaded to JIRA issue:

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-762

There is a README.txt available in /geronimo-console/trunk/ that
describes how to build/install the console.
