Enable the markup on JIRA

Hi all guys,

even if I have enough karma, I don't find where I can enable the
markup for comments in Jira - can someone help me, please?

it's a little bit tricky, 'cos it's everything but intuitive. It's called
'Renderer'

You have to edit field configuration [1] and select 'Wiki Style Rendering'
to enable formatting comments, description and so on.

If you don't see it maybe a privileges thing.
