Auto update of web site?

The auto update of web sites seems to have choked somewhere whilst doing 
the Latka site.

I made some major changes to the site structure, and it looks like none of 
the new directories have been copied across. The CVS repository seems to 
be up to date.

I think it was Sam doing these?

Anyways, whatever I need to do to make this happen, please let me know....
