1.What problem was fixed (it's best to include specific error reporting information). How it was fixed.
The truncate partition does not check the existence of the partition, resulting in the deletion of the partition can not find the partition. The IF EXISTS is added to determine whether the partition exists
2.Which behaviors were modified. What was the previous behavior, what is it now, why was it modified, and what possible impacts might there be.
IF EXISTS PARTITION was not supported before, but now the syntax supports IF EXISTS PARTITION
3.What features were added. Why was this function added?
Create an automatic partition, since the write does not have this partition, before the write will have a prefix function to clean the partition data, and then write,this time will throw an error, the write task fails
4.Which code was refactored and why was this part of the code refactored?
The sql parsing functions DorisParser.g4 and sql_parser.cup are involved, and the classes TruncateTableStmt.java and InternalCatalog.java handle the IF EXISTS logic
