[Axis2] Release Status update

Folks,

FYI, The team has resolved 53 bugs in the last week:

There are 7 blockers as of right now:

As soon as the blockers drop to zero, we will do a code freeze and cut
an RC as per the Release Manager:

So, Please get a nightly and test your scenarios and open new bug
reports with enough information for us to recreate and fix the
problems.
