[ANNOUNCE] New committer: jihuayu

Hi everyone,

The Project Management Committee(PMC) for Apache Kvrocks has invited jihuayu
to become a [committer|PMC member] and we are pleased to announce
that he/she has accepted.

jihuayu is active in the Kvrocks community, and we are glad to see
his/her having more
interactions with the community in the future.

Welcome jihuayu, and please enjoy your journey.:)

Thanks!
