Environment: wsrp4j, latest build, any tomcat, any OS

Description:
ProviderImpl uses its own PortletContainerFactory (the reason why is not clear to me).
However we use ContainerWrapper from pluto and this one in turn uses its own PortletContainerFactory which instanciates further container instances, i.e. we have two ContainerWrappers and to Containers there (at least simple instances of them).
We should get rid of it and have a better design here.
