Getting compile error on iOS with camera plugin:

cordova-plugin-camera/CDVCamera.m:23:9: 'Cordova/NSData+Base64.h' file not found

This was an issue found last year (CB-9247) that was fixed with the following line, but now seems to have reappeared.

#ifndef __CORDOVA_4_0_0
    #import <Cordova/NSData+Base64.h>
#endif
