data validation in XSSF
Is data validation (Excel) supported by new POI 3.5beta4? If yes, then how?
and if No, then by when this will be supported?

I checked the documentation of POI3.6, but I found a note in it saying 'it
does not support data validation'.
is it correct?

Has it been finalized to support data validations in POI3.5-final version?
Our product is waiting for this feature so can you please confirm this.

Data validation is not yet supported. We plan to include it in 3.5-final but it depends on the efforts required.
Patches are welcome.
