Hello! One of my documents in openoffice got encrypted. Now everything is
from symbol # there. Please, write how to remove encoding?

Almost certainly your file is corrupted, probably due to a computer crash or over hasty power off of the computer.  If you wish it examined, please upload to a file sharing site and post the URL here so someone can examine it.

Alternately, use an Undelete utility and search your computer for (now deleted) temporary files, which may have some or all of your daa.
