Can I add variables to an attached file in a HTTP Request.

Hi all,

Im new to jmeter and would like to Post XML over HTTP multiple times to
Multiple URLs. Im using a HTTP Request and I can add the variables into
the Path (these are read from a CSV file ) which works fine but Is there a
way of adding variables to the attached file???

Any help would be great,
Thanks,
Andy...
