> Split out from CASSANDRA-8730. I, and somebody historically, have evidently edited one without editing the other. Since their behaviour is highly overlapping I think it would be beneficial for TimeUUIDType to extend UUIDType, and for their shared behaviour to share implementation. This will also standardise their behaviour for parsing CQL2 literals.
