Most important argument: LibreOffice Version: 4.1.3.2 does the job.

And also Softmaker FreeOffice finds out that these strings are is something
like a date.

Somewhen between OOo 3.1.1 and OOo 3.3.0 we got a fix for the first conversion
in Sample 2010-08-07 14:27 CEST, Rainer Bielefeld, what seems to limit the
remaining problem to date strings.
