NOTICE: Moving github.com/jclouds/jclouds.github.com to ASF today

FYI. I'm moving github.com/jclouds/jclouds.github.com to
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-jclouds-site at ASF now.
The old repo will still be there, but there'll be a new repo,
github.com/jclouds/jclouds-site, which will be the mirror of the ASF repo,
and the one we'll use for pull requests, etc, but actual commits need to go
to the ASF one as of...well, now. =)

Don't think so, no. I believe that's the case for all the ASF git repos.

https only.
Using ssh://git-wip-us.a.o is a quick way to get your IP banned from a
large number of ASF services :)

Is there an SSH URL equivalent to the HTTPS?

Alright, that took a bunch of stupid work, but now it's mirroring properly,
and I'm moving jclouds/jclouds.github.com to jclouds/
legacy-jclouds.github.com.

I tried to get elegant. It failed. So say goodbye
to documentation/releasenotes/1.3.0-output/eucalyptus-partnercloud-s3.txt
on all versions. =)

Ok, this is taking some history rewriting to get rid of an anomalous 200+mb
test output file from 1.3.0-rc2 that was overwritten shortly anyway. =)

Any reason for keeping the old one? Should it be called
legacy-jclouds.github.com, in line with the other old repos?

Have any recent milestone or RC builds been uploaded to maven central
repository?
