change of jsdk-apache mail list location

FYI for Apache Group members -

The JSDK-Apache (Java Servlets on Apache) mail list has moved.  It's now
being operated by Jon Stevens at ClearInk in Walnut Creek, California.
(YABAL - yet another Bay Area location.)

I've posted the updated mail list instructions at http://java.apache.org.
If you're currently subscribed, you'll need to re-subscribe to the new
list.  There were so many dead addresses on the old list that Jon
(reasonably) decided not to carry them over.

Jon has also set up a CVS repository for mod_jserv.  The project will be
adopting the Apache Group's voting and coding guidelines since multiple
people will have concurrent access to the code.
