deleteuncontrolled parameter of stcheckout task should honor excludes and/or default excludes

Summary: deleteuncontrolled parameter of stcheckout task should
                    honor excludes and/or default excludes
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: brian.bray@theradoc.com

I have a build file that creates a build.log file as part of the build process,
but I have to store it outside of ${basedir} otherwise the stcheckout command
will delete it. It would be nice if I could put that file in the excludes list
and the deleteuncontrolled parameter wouldnt delete it.
