> Setup Basic Zone environments.

> Obvious the UIs & functions during adding the instance. Especially focus on the Step 6 Network & 7 Review.

> The instance should be added successfully. And then succeed to launch the VM.
> Actual Result:

> There is no “Launch VM” button showing, and cannot finish to add instance wizard.
