One would get a '404 Not Found' as an HTTP response from a server, if a file
doesn't exist. The URIs assigned to features and properties are used as
identifiers. They don't correspond to a resource location. The 'resource' is
the feature or property, so you'll just get an error message if you try to read
from those URLs.
