[jira] [Created] (LOG4J2-1623) Configurable JVM shutdown hook
timeout
Mikael Ståldal created LOG4J2-1623:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Configurable JVM shutdown hook timeout
Key: LOG4J2-1623
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-1623
Project: Log4j 2
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: Configurators, Core
Affects Versions: 2.7
Reporter: Mikael Ståldal
Now when it is possible to specify timeout when stopping a LoggingContext (LOG4J2-1539), it would be nice to be able to configure the timeout for the JVM shutdown hook (currently zero).
