[jira] Resolved: (INFRA-825) Issue visibility not enabled in the form associated to the issue creation.

Jeff Turner resolved INFRA-825.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Invalid
      Assignee: Jeff Turner

That affects only the visibility of the comment associated with the edit. JIRA does allow for marking certain issues as private, and committers can set this for issues. I would hope that it is very rarely used, if at all.

> Editing a task I noticed there is a field named "Viewable by" that allows to choose among the visibility permissions associated to the Jira project. In my case "all users, jira-developers, felix-developers".
> The same field is not present in the form during the creation of a new issue.
> Is it possible to enable that?
