[Bug 6437] Mail::SpamAssassin::Client should be it's own separate package on CPAN

I'm sorry but I don't see that occurring.  This is a fairly unique request and
the ability to download the tar and copy the single Client.pm to
site_perl/version/Mail/SpamAssassin/Client.pm seems simple enough for anyone
technical enough to desire this functionality.
