[jira] [Created] (PHOENIX-3086) Source release artifact name should be "apache-phoenix-$VERSION"

Josh Elser created PHOENIX-3086:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Source release artifact name should be "apache-phoenix-$VERSION"
                 Key: PHOENIX-3086
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-3086
             Project: Phoenix
          Issue Type: Sub-task
            Reporter: Josh Elser

A little nit-picky, but this goes to branding. We should make sure that we are using the full name for the project (Apache Phoenix) to name the released artifacts to the community to remove any and all confusion about what "Phoenix" project the release is for (important since Phoenix is such a common software project name).
