> HIVE-13354 addes a new table to the schema but the patch script uses {{CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS}} syntax to add the new table. The issue the {{IF NOT EXISTS}} clause is only available from postgres 9.1 onwards. So the script will fail for older versions of postgres.
