parse error config.xml

hi,
I'm new to james
installed 2.1.1a1 from 2002-08-18
win2k
jdk 1.4.1-rc

if I uncomment the <data-source> section for mysql in config.xml
I get an parse-error
"mixed content not allowed"

can anyone give me a tip ?
