KYLIN UNABLE TO VIEW QUERY TABLE BUT HIVE TABLE SEEN
Hi !
I am working on a cluster HDP 2.2, i install kylin and everything is
working fine but when i ended the creation of a cube no table are display
in the query module :

But tables appear in Hive Table :

Many thanks for clarifying the problem. Believe it is one of the known
issues that have been fixed.

Please pick up the 0.7.1 official release (not some SNAPSHOT). I'm pretty
sure the problem was fixed.

I opened this JIRA last week:

I still face the same problem which is quite inconvenient because when I
build a cube users cannot send queries anymore so the service is basically
unavailable. The solution is to restart Kylin but if I restart Kylin while
a job is running the job becomes in the Error state.

A JIRA will be great. Seems many has the problem, but I still don't know
what it is.

I had the same issue and add to copy the jars as well. Then the problem
occurred again and I had to restart Kylin to be able to query my cubes. See
my thread "Cube built but not possible to query" for details.
Is there a Jira? Should I open one?

I had faced the same issue and I believe it was addressed by one of the
developers of Kylin, cant get hold of the link though. Here is the solution
that was posted there and I was able to get this working.
Copy the kylin-query-${version}.jar and calcite-core-${version}.jar the
source and destination are given below:
destination: location: $KYLIN_HOME/tomcat/lib
source: $KYLIN_HOME/tomcat/webapps/kylin/WEB-INF/lib
after you have copied please restart the kylin. Let me know if this solves
your issue.
