Slope-One Recommender giving recommendations with high perference value

Hi,

I am running SlopeOneAverageDiffsJob to do pre-computation  part of data 
and then running slope-one recommender on mahout-0.7 .
In my input data, I have given preferences from 1 to 5 but in output of 
slope-one recommender, I am getting items with preference value greater 
than 5.
Is this possible or reasonable?
