I'm in progress migrating my WS client application with 300 webservice stubs from axis to axis2. In axis, it was possible to give a list of filenames to generate the code from. This is no longer possible in axis2. 
With 300 files to generate from, it is no option - as the groups suggested - to use a different execution for every wsdl.
For my company, this is a real blocker on the road to axis2.
